Technology Checklist Video Tells Graduating Students What’s Next
“We create videos on a regular basis. We have a ton of videos on our @UNC Service Desk YouTube channel,” said Christina Artis, Service Desk Tier 1 Team Lead with ITS User Support & Engagement.
The 1 minute, 40-second video uses simple, playful animation to inform graduating students of digital tasks to perform, such as saving emails, backing up data and informing people that their email address is changing. The video also promotes the Help Desk as a source of support, whether by phone, chat or in-person. ITRC shares on social media the videos and other content it creates.
